Investors Building
a Better Lender.
Trilith Funding was started by real estate investors who were tired of lenders that moved slowly, communicated poorly, and treated every deal like a risk instead of an opportunity.
Founded by Investors. Run by Operators.
We started Trilith because we knew lending could be done better. Faster decisions, clearer terms, and a team that actually answers the phone.

Eric Levine
Founder
Eric Levine is an analytical and dynamic lending executive with over 30 years of experience in financial securities and real estate investment finance, specializing in onboarding both institutional clients and retail investors to drive revenue growth and company expansion. He has built his career on trusted relationships, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to educating clients on market trends, loan structures, and underwriting so they can make informed decisions. He excels at cultivating profitable partnerships with brokers, realtors, builders, and property managers, proactively identifying new lending opportunities and staying ahead of emerging trends through ongoing market research and analysis. Earlier in his career, he served in the United States Navy, where he developed the discipline, accountability, and teamwork that continue to guide his leadership style and approach to risk and growth. He has been married for 26 years to his beautiful wife Pam and, outside of work, enjoys golfing, traveling, barbecuing for friends and rooting for his UCONN Huskies as any good Connecticut Yankee does.

Nick Bianchini
VP of Sales
Nick brings over a decade of experience in real estate finance, sales leadership, and banking. He previously served as Director of Funding at DLP Capital, where he developed strategic plans and built relationships with key stakeholders to drive organizational growth. Earlier in his career, he spent several years in retail banking as a Market Manager at Penn Community Bank, where he managed branch operations and first developed his approach to team building and business development. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from DeSales University and is a graduate of the Risk Management Association's Commercial Lending School.
Beyond the numbers, Nick's approach to leadership is shaped by his own story. As a heart and liver transplant recipient, he brings a deep sense of purpose and resilience to his work, along with a strong commitment to faith and community — values reflected in his ongoing advocacy for organ donation as an Ambassador for Gift of Life, as well as his past leadership roles with Quakertown Alive!, the Upper Bucks YMCA, and the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce.
Nick lives in the Souderton, PA area with his wife, Kate, and his two children, Gianna and Luca.
