Eric Levine
Founder
Eric Levine is an analytical and dynamic lending executive with over 30 years of experience in financial securities and real estate investment finance, specializing in onboarding both institutional clients and retail investors to drive revenue growth and company expansion. He has built his career on trusted relationships, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to educating clients on market trends, loan structures, and underwriting so they can make informed decisions. He excels at cultivating profitable partnerships with brokers, realtors, builders, and property managers, staying ahead of emerging trends through ongoing market research and analysis. Earlier in his career, he served in the United States Navy, where he developed the discipline, accountability, and teamwork that continue to guide his leadership style and approach to risk and growth. He has been married for 26 years to his beautiful wife Pam and, outside of work, enjoys golfing, traveling, barbecuing for friends, and rooting for his UCONN Huskies as any good Connecticut Yankee does.
